The Moon:

Naturally, we can all connect with the Moon. It represents wonder, mystery, transformation, rebirth, and our cyclical nature. it has been part of our universe for at least 4 billion years. Imagine how many of our lives it has witnessed.

It can present a fog of illusions and unknown territory, forcing us to look to our own guiding light and trust our instincts. After transformation, comes rebirth and the Moon rewards us by illuminating new dreams, paths and realities.

A story:

I saw the brilliant, white, almost illuminated, bell shaped flower first thing in the morning. A glory of the morning. She felt divinely feminine, Grandmotherly and significantly powerful. This radiantly blooming flower not only caught my attention but held it. She had a message for me. As I stood there observing her luminous flowery beauty, I felt a sense of calm and clear presence. My previous agenda seemed non-existent.

I noticed that while her flower petals were delicate, her constitution was strong. She grew upright and was supported by a single stalk. The flower appeared larger and more vivid than typical. She was shining brightly for all who would look to see. I sensed a sparkly silver energy around her white petal color. I perceived that she wanted to be made into a flower essence, but the timing did not feel right.

I thought about the Morning Glory several times throughout the day. I connected with and prepared the Yuzu citrus tree essence in the meantime. That opened up something for me to be able to fully see the next steps. Later that afternoon, I checked on the Morning Glory again. It made sense. This time, I saw the vivacious Common Vetch blooming right next to her, which for some reason I was unable to see before. The fog that the Yuzu had lifted allowed me to see. This Morning Glory wanted company.

The Twin Honeysuckle that was nearby popped into my head. It had been perpetually blooming this spring and practically jumped into the water. As I was gathering these flowers, I saw another pink flower in my mind’s eye that wanted to be added. A few minutes later, it caught my eye. The Herb Robert was the one. Pretty soon I had in the bowl what felt like a freely and divinely led magical essence to sit in the sun, surrounded by a peaceful garden, and a plethora of happily chirping birds of all varieties. This essence felt highly tied to the Moon and wanted some time sitting under the Blue full moon’s guiding light as well.
